POSTED 9/1/2015 - New Procedures for the Will County Sheriff’s Foreclsoure Sales

Pursuant to Section 11.00 of the Rules of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, the Will County Sheriff’s Office will assume the role of Court’s Auctioneer in all Judicial and Foreclosure Sales for Judgments entered on or after September 1, 2015. (Rules that apply to the Sheriff’s sales are found on the Website of the 12th Judicial Circuit Court – Will County Illinois and listed under subsection 11.00 Judicial and Foreclosure Sales).


All Judgment orders entered on or after September 1, 2015 must be sent directly to the Sheriff’s Office, Foreclosure Department, located at 14 W. Jefferson Street, Room 103, Joliet, Illinois 60432.

Prior to sending a certified judgment order attorneys will need to request log-in access from the Sheriff’s website to submit documents to the Sheriff’s Court Auctioneer.


Dunn, Martin, Miller & Heathcock, Ltd., will continue to schedule all reset requests for sales through December 1, 2015. After December 1, 2015 ALL sale requests shall be submitted to the Sheriff of Will County for scheduling.
